I met Nick, who later on introduced me to Mr. Roy Silver, and explained all the hazards of what is contained in our tap water at my work site. For months, I wanted to install the water system he showed me at work. Finally, right before the COVID Pandemic was hitting every news station, I called up AllStar water to install the reverse osmosis system in my home. What a joy it has been For a reasonable price per month, my family and I are worry free. I have been using AllStar Water for many years. I installed my own RO system years ago and I use AllStar to test the water, replace the filters according to the test results, and backwash it. It's been easy to get an appointment, they have always arrived within the 2 hr window as promised, and the personnel are so nice. Nick came today and is a dog whisperer--it helps that he came armed with dog treats AllStar can provide a wide range of services for both home and business. This company does a great job. I have been using their services for both home and business for multiple years. Recently moved to a new location and they came quickly to install in our new home. I didn't get charged for a new membrane even though I thought I might considering it has been years The company is honest The service guy showed up on time and was quick as I needed to leave quickly to get to work when I was called in suddenly. I have been with this company for nearly 25 years and can only say that they are the best in the business. They are competent, professional and friendly and take care of my water needs. Very happy with our new hot and cold water system. First we had technician Art come and install the single cold water spout, he was very professional quick and a very nice guy. A week or two later I found out that we could have 2 spout hot and cold water so I called to see if I could change it. Technician Eugene came over two days later and changed our cold to hot and cold. We love our fresh water, and both guys were great. Thank you )

Honestly, I'm a bit surprised by the couple of bad reviews I have seen here. I have worked with Allstar Water Systems over the years and have generally been very pleased with their service and responsiveness. I have a Kinetico water softener and a Water Factory RO system. I once tried to change the filters on the RO myself and quickly learned that it was worth having a trained technician do it. These are rather complicated pieces of machinery (and expensive). Why risk messing... it up just to save a few bucks Recently I needed some emergency advice on my water softener and I called the office. Roy, the owner, called me back quickly and asked me to text him a picture of my system (it was actually installed by a company that All Star bought). He then called me back quickly. And he followed up with me by phone on another question the next week. All in all, I think these guys have been very responsive, professional, and I would certainly recommend them. See more

I'm sold on Kinetico soft water systems - I had one in my old house, and it worked like a dream. This review is about Allstar. I didn't get the name of my tech (sorry but I think it was Dan) but he was great. Kept me informed during the whole process, worked quickly and efficiently and when he was done he took me to the unit and explained what to expect and how it all worked. He told me he treats his customer's installs like he would his own home, and it showed. The system is very neatly set up. He was so professional and a great representation of this company.
