Must have California drivers license, good communication skills, time management skills, must be prepared to work along side the crew to accomplish jobs, micro-management skills, must be able to read and interpret plans, read and understand contracts, ability to handle sub-contractors and verify all jobs are done in a timely and correct manner. Benifits, 401K, bonuses available. Full time-year round position.
