Every project we have a meeting with our subs to get everyone on the same page about the sustainability features of the project. Seems simple, but is not a common practice in construction. By having the different trades meet each other we can identify synergies, saving time, money, and resources down the line. Snacks and fresh squeezed orange juice also helps to get everyone in the same room

Have you ever considered switching from gas to an induction cooktop? We are big proponents because of the indoor air quality benefits (facts) and superior cooking experience (our opinion ). However, some clients love their gas ranges. This induction cooktop loaner program through the San Diego Green Building Council is a great way to test out electrified cooking.

Over the past year, the owners turned their house into a home. Great story in the San Diego Union Tribune about a remodel we completed a few years back in Leucadia. This home has a beautiful ocean view visible from multiple decks and scored GreenPoint Rated Gold for its sustainability features.
