Making yourself a priority leads to less stress and anxiety. For some, self-care can mean working on a jigsaw puzzle and for others it may be looking at pictures and videos of cute animals. Now is the time to double check your prescriptions and make sure you pick up any remaining medications before the holidays. This will ensure you have enough medication to last through the holidays and the beginning of 2021, when pharmacies are often busy. If you will run out of your medication’s refills, please contact your doctor’s office by phone soon, and request a 90 day prescription. Alliance Desert Physicians’ offices will be closed from noon on Christmas Eve until 8 am the following Monday, and we will be closed from noon on New Year’s Eve, reopening on Monday, January 4th. Remember if you do need medical care, our affiliated Urgent Care Centers will remain open on holidays.
