On solid ground, warrior 1 is so stable and I move into the pose with ease. On a paddle board, I find myself struggling to find balance and I lost all my ease. I think I am going to fall!! What’s interesting is that during the covid season, what use to came easy before it’s no longer. My grounding is unsteady. Everything takes longer, it’s harder lately. Although it’s not the same grounding, I am able to arrive at my posture, not perfect, wobbly but I arrived. In this difficult season, I learned to have more grace for myself and for others. I got through my day, it was not perfect. I love my family, they cheer me on.. #grace #slowandunsteady #imperfect #livelearngrow #familylove
