Attention all CROSSFIT athletes!!! I hear athletes complaining all the time about wrist pain! This can happen during overhead movement like the snatch or the jerk. This happens because we never really train out wrist stability but we put it through a lot during training. Time to change that! It’s time to strengthen the muscles that attach to your wrist! There are many ways to go about this- using a band is one of my favorites. ... By using a band and creating resistance in these different wrist positions you strengthen the little muscles supporting the wrist, therefore decreasing your wrist pain.
