3D printing Face Shields for our medical workers and first responders.

Hoping to drop off 40-50 of these face shields this evening to makernexus.com. They will install the clear shield and add the elastic and then get it where it's needed. During the Sonoma County stay at home order I've been working 16 hour days 3D Printing face shields (PPE) for the last two weeks now. I'm hoping to be able to print 20+ face shield headbands a day soon. So far I've printed well over 100 face shield headbands. Stay home and stay safe.

3D Printing face shield frames 3 at a time, takes between 4 1/2 - 5 1/12 hours to print depending on printer and nozzle size. Hoping to get a box shipped out today or tomorrow so they can get into the hands that need them.

Alfa Frameo is closed during the pandemic. We will reopen when Sonoma County is allowed to get back to work. In the meantime we have kicked into high gear and are 3D Printing face shields for our health care workers. We hope to produce 20-30 face shields a day as long as our supplies last. We will be setting up a CNC milling machine hopefully to cut the face shields and holders. I will be testing to see if the mat cutter can cut shields as well. Please do what you can to help... our health care workers. They are in need of PPE and maybe you can contribute and save lives.
