Hey Alameda! The Mayor has two awesome guests for her Town Hall this week and we encourage folks to watch! Her 2 guests are doctor’s in behavioral health from UCSF and they are experts in stress and anxiety and wellness during a pandemic! They will talk about beating pandemic fatigue and also about stress eating, wellness, and staying healthy. I watched a few videos and these folks are award winning experts who have been on 60 minutes, 20 20, and lots more. It will be a great hour! Zoom info listed in our Facebook Events Calendar or on the City web page here: https://www.alamedaca.gov///Mayors-1030-COVID-19-Town-Hall
