Hello everybody! Starting on Monday August 9th our appointment policies will have some changes. Because of COVID, appointments have been high in demand. Missing an appointment means you took another client and patients slot that could have been seen. A fee of $25 will be assessed on your client account if you fail to show up for an appointment without an email or phone call to cancel within a 24 hour notice If your pet is seeing a specialist ( cardiologists, surgeon, intern...ists) for a special procedure, the deposit is non refundable. They are in high demand and will charge the hospital if you miss your appointment. Clients with cancellation fees will be asked to pay off these fees before they are allowed to make an appointment in the future. No medical records will be sent to clients that owe a balance. To cancel an appointment you can call or email us! New clients are required to make a non refundable deposit by the close of business the day prior to the appointment to secure your appointment slot. Once again appointment slots are in such high demand and can’t risk no-show clients. As far as making payments go if you miss an appointment, you can either call us or go online to our online bill page on our website. All of this information is also on our website!
