A message for my fellow Christians Loved Ones, In view of the times and struggles we find ourselves in today it would seem like we should just give up and stay home. Remember, anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.... I know of a man who has served our Lord most of his life. He is suffering more now than he has ever suffered before. Hurts in his economy, from and to his family, from friends and much more. It is very painful for him. However, he is looking up to the hills where his strength comes from. His strength comes from our Lord! Hebrews 12:2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. We as followers of Christ must not allow our flesh and feelings rule over us. We must endure these current times together. Strength does not come from winning every battle in life. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength. 2 Corinthians 12:9 And He said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness. Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Strong people don't put people down. They lift them up! When we judge or criticize another person, it says nothing about that person; it merely says something about our own need to be critical. Criticism is the disapproval of people, not for having faults, but having faults different from your own. My prayer for us all: Ephesians 3:16 that He (Jesus) would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, 1 Peter 5:10 But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.
