Foot Sores Could be an Early Sign of Coronavirus Foot sores similar to chickenpox could be a new peculiar symptom of the coronavirus, according to a team of Spanish physicians. The Spanish General Council of Official Podiatrist Colleges warned experts that some COVID-19 patients have experienced lesions on their feet similar to those of chickenpox or measles, according to Newsflash. Agoura - Los Robles Podiatry Centers Covid-19 Update Agoura-Los Robles Podiatry is currently open for emergency and urgent visits. We are available 8am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. We are currently leaving it up to each patient to use their best judgement as to whether or not they need to be seen in the office. If you do need to come to the office, please follow the instructions below. If you can not come to the office, many insurances including Medicare are now paying for ...telehealth visits. This may be accomplished with video chat like facetime or skype. If video chat is not available, then a regular phone call might be an option. If you would like to schedule a telehealth visit, please call the office to set up a telehealth appointment. (805) 497-6979 For more information, visit conejofeet.com * * * * * * * * * * * * -If you have any symptoms of coronavirus or have been exposed to someone with symptoms over the last 14 days, do not come to the office. Instead, call your primary care physician or seek other medical advice. Symptoms may include: cough, fever, sore throat, diarrhea, loss of appetite, loss of taste, shortness of breath -Visitors are currently restricted. If you are coming with someone else, please have them wait in the car. Exceptions are allowed including one caregiver per patient. Please do not show up to your appointment early. We are trying to limit the use of the waiting room. If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your appointment time. You may call the front office when you arrive to see if a treatment room is available. -We are not having patients sign in to reduce exposure to the front office staff. Please inform the staff of your name when you arrive and they will sign in for you. If you are a new patient, we would prefer that you pre-fill out new patient forms at home and bring them with you. -The office is currently running on a skeleton crew.
