Friends, The 9th Circuit Court has ruled on Calvary Chapel v. Sisolak and issued and injunction prohibiting the state of Nevada from imposing restrictions on church attendance less than 25% of the building capacity. The bottom line is that churches can now legally meet in Nevada adhering to the 25% limit (other health guidelines such as masks, distancing, etc. still apply.) This decision is effective immediately in Nevada. The decision does not effect California, although... the court has a hearing on 12/18 involving the CA restrictions, and CA may see a similar result.
