If you’ve never been in a climbing competition before, this is your chance to shine! Check-in starts at 10AM Open climbing 11AM - 3PM Awards and raffle at 4:30PM Your scorecard is your raffle ticket! Win coaching, gear, energy bars, beveragesand more! Monthly Neighborhood Clean-ups! Starting Saturday, October 2nd 10:00 AM - 12 NOON (meet at the gym at 10 o'clock sharp!)... Calling all the Agility Community! Join our Agility crew in giving back! We will take our first monthly walk through our local neighborhoods to help pick up litter, and each month will be doing different areas of the city. Disposable gloves and waste bags will be provided. We may even throw in some free donuts! WEAR YOUR AGILITY SWAG IF YOU HAVE IT! We want to bring Leave-No-Trace ethics to communities everywhere. Hi everyone! We’re excited to announce that starting this week, we’ll be hosting biweekly yoga classes. Our awesome instructor, Adam, will be at Agility Boulders Wednesdays 6pm and Fridays 11am for a one hour climber-focused class. Other than benefits of flexibility and mobility, classes will pay special attention to core, shoulder, wrist, and hips - strengthening muscles for tension while counteracting the common over-use of compression and pulling muscles of climbing. ...No reservations required. Just bring your own mats if you have them and meet us outside under the tent in our back patio. Free with a membership or punch card/day pass. $10/class for non members.
