A customer called today asking about her bill because she knew she paid it but she said Jay from State Farm called saying she missed her December payment and he wanted to collect. She did the right thing - she hung up and called the office directly. Tis the season of scams - please be vigilant.

Totally forgot about my State Farm anniversary till I got this card today from a co worker. 12 years with the company as of Nov 16. Will be 11 years as an Agent in Ukiah come January 1 2021. Thankful to be part of an amazing company and especially thankful to have so many amazing policyholders.
