Congratulations to my clients An and his mom (Co Thao) on upgrading their old mobile home and customizing a brand new home of their dreams in 2021! My clients actually wanted to list their mobi...le home for sale and use the proceeds to purchase a single-family home since they knew I had my California State License for mobile homes and residential homes. However, when we were looking at single family homes in their price range, a lot of the homes were fixer uppers that cost $600k-$700k as-is and the renovations on top of that would cost another $100k.
