My client is one of the rare investors who does much more than cosmetic work on his properties. Dave bought the home and gut-renovated it to the studs, and rebuilt it after pulling permits with the city on every aspect of the work. He converted the carport into a garage, again with a permit and inspections by the City. It wasn't fast and furious. It doesn't fall under the word "flip" really because it took time between his busy schedule as a contractor. But it's functionally a new home and it all paid off as we closed on the sale with a very happy buyer this week. Now, it's on to the next project for Dave.
