Our #FridayFeeling this week comes from these breathtaking views at Ruzizi Tented Lodge in Rwanda. #Rwanda is mountainous, green and lush, and home to over 670 birds, a variety of primates and 100 orchid species a paradise for bird watchers, conservationists and botanists alike. The majority of tourism is focused on a visit to the Parc National des Volcans in the north. Photos by: Ian Munyankindi, Mark Darrough and Sarah Hall from African Parks

In partnership with TreadRight our safaris support organizations that work tirelessly to save the rhinos in Africa. For #mondayMotivation we are sharing a heartfelt video of Rhino conservation in Rwanda. The iconic Eastern black rhino has recently returned to the country after a 10-year absence, due to years of wide-scale poaching. The last confirmed sighting of an Eastern black rhino in Akagera National Park was documented in 2007 -- until 2017, when 18 Eastern black rhinoceros were reintroduced to Akagera Park, bringing the species back to the country. #ThursdayThoughts got us dreaming of Ngorongoro Crater in #Tanzania. It’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world’s largest free-standing caldera. Known as ‘the eighth wonder of the world' it is one of Africa's best-known #wildlife arenas. Enclosed by towering walls, some 25,000 large mammals wander the plains, lakes and forests of ‘the land that time forgot', dominated by enormous bull elephants, rhinos and lions. On our new Tanzania Wildlife Odyssey, you’ll stay at Sanctuary Ngorongoro Crater Camp which is located in the Ngorongoro Crater rim valley. The camp is located close to the crater floor allowing for easy access morning crater safaris. Photo credit to: Sanctuary Retreats
