Our mission is to provide in-home care assistance to those in need at an affordable cost, with reliable, compassionate, and qualified Caregivers.... Our Caregivers work with children & adults that have developmental disabilities, seniors that need companionship up to full assistance care, and even provide up to full 24-hour care for some families! We truly believe that Your family is our priority and have been extremely blessed to service all of San Diego, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties. Our Caregivers have competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and amazing clients to work with! With experience and passion, you (or someone you know) could be the next member of our team! Your Health & Safety Is Our Priority Here At Affirmative Home Care & Affirmative’s Elite Home We're all concerned about the outbreak worldwide and like you, we are regularly monitoring the most recent news about the COVID19 coronavirus. As more people are taking precautions, the Affirmative team is doing all we can to make sure we're here for you. Both at at our physical office and facility, but also taking your calls and emails at any time. We're here for you at time...s like this and are happy to lend out a hand if you need our help. Safety is one of our core values and we are committed to the health and well-being of our clients and teammates. This core value has lead us to take the following action: Ensuring the office and facility environments are thoroughly sanitized and clean so you can have a more at-ease experience. We encourage all clients and employees to clean all high-touch areas such as phone screens, door handles and counters. We also encourage surfaces are cleaned and sanitized with EPA-approved disinfectants each shift and daily. We’re doing our best to keep hand sanitizers and/or wipes on hand. We are supporting our team members to stay at home if they're feeling sick to ensure recovery and rest. We understand that being out in public can be fearful during this time and we are right there with you and can assure you we're taking thorough measures to ensure your confidence in working with us. For those feeling under the weather and staying put at home, we encourage you to please call as soon as possible so we can cancel the shift without issue. All in-person trainings, interviews, and facility visits will be postponed until further notice and we appreciate your understanding to protect those which fragile health. We still are continuing Respite Services through SDRC however, we will have to prioritize the children and seniors with special health conditions and severe circumstances as well as In-Home Senior care services during this time first. We're just as sad as you are to hear this news, but this is still a fluid situation and together we can all assist in protecting each other’s health and safety at this vital time. We sincerely want to extend our gratitude and thanks to you for your continued love and support and look forward on continuing to serve you.
