At Aesthetics, we love to tell the stories of our client's diverse people through art. The Musqueam people have been in British Columbia and the Vancouver surroundings for 8,000 years. The name Musqueam relates to the flowering plants which grow in the Fraser River Estuary. Through partnership between BC Children's Hospital and the Museum of Anthropology at UBC, informational displays were created by artist Ken Goldman, portraying Musqueam children in traditional dress with symbols of their culture.
