Not feeling ready to go upside down but still want to get down? Join us for Silks Dance & Stretch Saturdays at 9:30am! This dynamic and fun silks workout starts with a long, strong dance warm up and finishes with deep stretching. It is an all levels class taught semi-grounded so that every student has the option to get exactly the kind of workout they want.
