We are ready to fly again! Reopening 3/1/21! We are beyond excited to see your masked faces! Check out our brand new schedule of classes, new prices and changes to our cancellation and late policy! ... If you had a pass with us that was cut short due to the abrupt closure(s) we are honoring those classes & passes however please be aware that the new cancellation policy applies to old and new classes & passes. Wow! Thank you Flux Vertical Theatre for the shout out and supporting our community one struggling pole studio at a time! We are so very grateful for our loving and supportive Pole Ohana near & far! Poler's Week Of Christmas! May we present gift 2,3,4. Gift 2: ... Core Strength Building with Sheri Netto at 6pm. Core Strength Building is all about muscle conditioning. It will target areas that are specific to pole athletics. This class is great for beginners in building a strong foundation and for advanced polers in refining their skill set. Whether you are learning pole for the first time or just want to clean up your pole foundations, this class is for you. We will focus on the basic building blocks needed to tackle more advanced tricks and combos with confidence. We will explore some fun basic choreo sequences for a cardio component while getting you thinking about what you can compose with these fundamentals. This class begins with a warm-up followed by conditioning exercises to get you building the muscles you need to climb, spin, invert and bend your body around the pole. We will focus on 1-2 tricks, exploring variations and then working these components into a short sequence. If you are still building the skills needed to execute the most advanced versions of a trick, we will address the steps to take as we work towards that goal. Boundless in her booty shorts, and I in my cap, Has just settled down for Newsom’s long winter’s nap. When out for our hearts arose such a clatter, I sprang from the bed to see what’s the matter. Away to my iPhone I flew like a flash, Called Jen and away we hashed. When, what to your wondering hearts should appear, But nine, online classes for you my dears. With fitness and fun, so simple and neat, I knew in a moment they must be a free treat. Now!
