The job will require you to perform various administrative functions that will support operations with an emphasis on billing and Accounts Receivable duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via telephone and email regarding payment status - Ability to prepare daily deposits - Assist customers with billing inquiries - Create weekly aging reports for Executive review - Review open accounts and determine next collection step - Generate and email payment reminders - Work with appropriate personnel regarding customer concerns REQUIREMENTS: - Must have customer service background, Accounts Receivable preferred. - High School graduate - Detail oriented, well organized - Ability to take initiative, assume responsibility and work independently - MUST be computer proficient, skilled in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel - Strong work ethic / Punctuality / Reliable and Dependable - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to pass drug screening - Team oriented and willing to pitch in where needed.
