In which case, we would love to provide a quick and easy sample Pilates class for you to try. Our clinic has been offering Pilates classes that are now being conducted over Zoom. If you enjoy this sample class, please contact our clinic for information on how to join us on Wednesdays and Frid...ays at 4pm for live classes! Pilates classes are for all levels and are conducted on the ground (mat classes). You will not need any equipment just your smiling face and readiness to have fun. Stay well and moving!
