Mike oversees the project and keeps me informed on what is going on while doing the plumbing and filling in wherever he is needed. Rick did our tile. Believe it or not there is a silver lining that has come with the shelter-in-place orders keeping people at home. Being in quarantine may have helped some people realize that their homes are in need of some upgrading. This is the perfect time to finally get around to tackling those long time waiting projects that you have been wanting to do but did not have the time to plan or prepare. Good afternoon friends. We would like to share a review that we received from one of our customers that we did a remodel for. It is always nice to hear feedback and its greatly appreciated. "Wow! What a professional company. My wife and I decided it was time to remodel our master and guest bathrooms, so we searched for contractors with excellent reviews in the Modesto area by talking to friends, contractors and reading online reviews. To say we did our due diligence would... be an understatement. Adrian Construction was the clear choice! I have had some experience with a previous remodel, so I knew what to look for in a contractor. The estimator showed up on time and spent a couple of hours going over our remodel needs and the materials we wanted. Remodels can be tricky due to the fact that you just don't know what you will find when you start opening up walls. Our budget for this project was $35,000 and the estimate came in at just over $32,000. The final cost came to $34,496 due to some minor change orders and a mold abatement issue. You have to fix mold problems due to potential health issues! Now to the quality of workmanship Adrian's crew demonstrated: They showed up on time and when they said they would be here. Practically unheard of in my experience. Demo was as clean as can be. Charles was the primary demo person and he was fastidious in cleaning up each day. When it came to installing new tile in the showers, their tile guy, Joe, was simply an artist and we are loving it. Mike, the jack of all trades, installed our new vanities along with gorgeous granite tops, which he fabricated, and high end Hansgrohe faucets , a new bathtub and new sinks. Donovan Adrian, the owner, visited the job site frequently to insure everything was proceeding as planned. By the way, Donovan is a perfectionist by nature and that is reflected in the superior work his people do. I have run out of superlatives to describe Adrian Construction and the tradesmen who work there. Suffice to say, this company is the very best in the Modesto area and my wife and I are thrilled with our new bathrooms. I would recommend Adrian Construction unconditionally. I would also recommend Premier Tile and Stone which is owned by Adrian construction as a great choice when selecting materials for your project. Darcy, the manager of Premier Tile and Stone, was very helpful in this process and we couldn't have done this project without her help."

LOVE this beautiful 71" plank tile flooring we installed throughout this gorgeous Oakdale home!

Our clients design choices came together nicely for this Manteca master bathroom full renovation. We love the over-sized walk in shower with frame-less glass! For the LADIES who like some sparkle- check out the subtle glitter grout in the counter-top backsplash.....

We wanted to share this beautiful project in its entirety- One of our all time favorite farmhouse style homes! This project starts with a completely new kitchen, brick tile in a herring-bone pattern that is accentuated by the bordered edge for the floor, large farmhouse apron front sink, new cabinets and counter-tops, and of course the beautiful wood beams added for structural support and also to give the design that country farmhouse feel. The scope of this project was extensive- walls were removed, closets were re-located, dining space re-located, hardwood floors re-finished, just to name a few. The bathrooms were also completely re-done with new cabinets, counter-tops, flooring, with a beautiful tile shower in each! The possibilities are endless with Adrian Construction!

Gorgeous bathroom update in Ripon! The stacked stone fireplace really added a beautiful feature element to this very relaxing space!

This little kitchen got the works! Removing a wall and adding a large island opened up the space and added some extra counter space. Our clients incorporated their favorite color beautifully in the backsplash, brightened with under cabinet lighting. This kitchen is a beauty!!
