Help reduce water pollution by carpooling or using public transportation. Fewer cars on the highway reduce the amount of heavy metals from tires and brakes getting into our water. #ProtectEveryDrop

Make sure to properly secure and cover vehicle loads to prevent debris from flying out. When it rains, debris is washed off highways into storm drains ending up in California waterways.

The Huntington/Seal Beach Surfrider Foundation’s Ohana Day and Beaches Be Crazy Event Recap!

Adopt A Highway & Adopt A Beach were proud to participate in Huntington Beach Surfrider Foundation's 9th annual "Ohana Day"! We love supporting organizations and their programs that are geared toward environment causes, safety, and the improvement of our communities. We want to thank Tony from the Huntington / Seal Beach Surfrider Chapter for having us at the event. We had so much fun sharing about our programs and meeting tons of friendly new faces!

Tomorrow is the big day! Come out and support the Huntington Beach Surfrider Foundation beach cleanup and annual "Ohana Day"!! It's going to be a day full of fun activities and educational programs by many of Surfrider's partners. The event starts at 9:00 am and goes until 1:00 pm. Stop by the Adopt A Highway & Adopt A Beach tent to say hello! We'll see you there!
