Halloween is not cancelled! Join the City of Ceres Recreation Department in the modified 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat event! Enjoy the event from your car this ye...ar. Attendees are encouraged to dress up, decorate their vehicles, and roll down the windows to wave to all the volunteers. The entrance to the event will be through Walt Hanline Elementary School adjacent to CVHS. Public health protocols will be in place for volunteers, including social distancing and wearing a mask. Attendees will be directed through the decorated parking lot and each child will receive a goodie bag at the beginning of the drive thru (while supplies last).
