We are REOPENING! It's finally time! Governor Newsom announced this week that we are able to reopen our studio with CDC modifications starting 9.14.2020 Cleanliness and your safety has always been top of mind at Acute Collective, but here are some additional steps we are taking:... - We will meet or exceed all state, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation, hygiene and physical-distancing. - We require team members to wash their hands upon arrival and at regular intervals throughout the day - We have stepped up our professional cleaning of the chairs, shampoo station, and restroom during closed business hours and several times a day. - As always, the chairs and shampoo station are thoroughly disinfected between each client - All team members who are sick are required to stay at home. Please take note of our new appointment and studio policies: - Before your service(s) please complete and submit our online health waiver. This will confirm before you arrive that you are not currently sick or have been around someone who has been sick. - Please wear a mask. For color services we can provide you with a disposable mask. - Upon arrival, we ask that you first wash your hands in our bathroom. - Please do not bring any guests or children with you to your appointment. - All appointments are 15 minutes longer than pre-pandemic and I slightly raised prices effective April 1 so wanted to include this as a reminder.
