I am proud to announce that Jacky Lemus is NOW the new Office Manager of Acuclaims. She has worked here for over 9 years and as such knows every aspect of Acupuncture and Chiropractic Billing. She is a trusted and loyal employee and I say that she is the kindest person I have ever known. She takes everything with strength and grace. We are SO LUCKY to have her heading this team! Congrats to you Jacky, you deserve this.

Today we say goodbye to Venecia Paz. I will always love this picture as this was the day we found out that we had both passed the CPC exam. Venecia always wanted to be a coder, (more than a biller) and she was grateful that Acuclaims was able to give her the opportunity to study for the CPC. She is leaving to work at a hospital, providing coding services. We will miss her but most importantly we are happy she is following her passion and we're glad that we played a small part in her following her dreams.
