Sr Project Manager Katy Phelps got an appropriate birthday gift this year, both for all her work on food waste reduction and for the extra cooking and baking going on now! A little slow to ship, given everything going on, but luckily bread is always good.

For #earthday yesterday Director of Research Lori Large put together a selection of some of her favorite bird photos from her backyard. Enjoy!! For ID, we have: Hooded Oriole, Black-headed Grosbeak, White-crowned Sparrow, Scrub Jay, House Sparrow (likely female or immature male), and a Mourning Dove being kicked off her rock by Lucy or Ricky, one of her persnickety Song Sparrows.

Our own Content Marketing Coordinator Robin Cannedy has been making masks for Palomar Health Foundation. We are proud of her work to support our community during this crisis. Thank you Robin!

Happy early birthday to our Content Marketing Coordinator Robin Cannedy! A recent transplant to CA from WI, we are happy to have Robin on our team. We celebrated with a Wisconsin candle, a new plant, and some deliciously rich cake!

Here at the Action Research office, we are getting ready for our holiday party! Soon to be filled with happy faces, good food, and fun games. We wish everyone a happy and healthy holiday season!
