If you cannot pay the rent you must write your landlord and tell them why you cannot pay the rent. for example you are a non essential business that has been shut down. You are still obligated to pay your rent but have until November to make up the amount you are behind on. Please work with your landlord... and be honest with them so that they do not hold this against you for lack of communication. Put all your communication in writing to the landlord.
