ATS and the College of Continuing Education (CCE) continue to provide community engagement opportunities during the current pause of normal face-to-face instruction on campus. Beginning in mid-June, we began a select number of classes online. Due to high demand, we added additional sections in order to deliver fun and academically challenging classes to even more students. Registration is now open for ATS’ Summer 2020 online program. A select number of classes will be presented between June 15 and July 24. Due to the unprecedented circumstances faced by families this year, scholarship vouchers will be provided to help cover course fees. 2020 UPDATE: Due to COVID-19, The University has cancelled all in-person summer youth programs (including ATS). While we know this is disappointing news, we agree canceling these courses is the best decision for everyone's safety. At this time, the college is exploring the possibility of a small selection of virtual classes for our 6th-9th grade program. Updates will be posted as more information is available.

Please note that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Sacramento State has transitioned to virtual operations. This has delayed university processes related to opening the ATS application for our Summer 2020 program. We apologize for the delay and plan to begin accepting applications by early April. If classes are canceled, all course fees will be refunded.

Summer 2020: New Admission Process 1. "Priority" period: Students will be considered in a single group for placement. Previous ATS participants will be admitted first, followed by new applicants in descending grade level order. Financial aid is available to qualified applicants. 2. "Regular" period: Students will be considered on a date-received, space-available basis. Financial aid is available to qualified applicants. 3. Happy New Year! We have exciting new information to share about our 2020 program. To better align with Sacramento State’s Anchor University initiative in connecting the campus with area K-12 families and schools, the campus administration has announced the qualifying exam is no longer required to apply to ATS.
