I hope I never make these mistakes

Electrical was finished a few weeks ago. Ran into a snafu with our contractor passing away. Love to his family and friends!! We've updated our Craigslist posting to try to sell now and got an offer. Now we're negotiating. Fingers crossed the house sells before we actually have to find a new contractor in .....Such sexy photos...

Update on our house in Ohio: electrical is costing twice what we expected because of the previous owner doing a bunch of work himself. It's not up to code. That should be finished by the 14th. Once the city signs off the lights will be on and the real work begins. Looking for some extra funding for the construction side...... wish us luck!!
