This is a camel. In all my years in business, no one has ever called me to remove one of these. Rats yes. Mice, bees, ants, spiders, roaches, even a raccoon. So far, no camels.

It is hard to believe that it was seventeen years ago already, on a Tuesday, and the images that came on TV, the airlines being grounded, and all the changes that happened after that. On this day we pause for a moment and pay tribute to those who were lost and applaud the heroes that responded. It reminds us yet again how short life is and about the fact that we need to be ready.
