Absolute Joy Desserts

At our school's end of the year party, desserts are typicaly scarce (all of admin are on a diet) and store bought (all of admin are incredibly busy), so I just figured I'd use the beautiful fresh cherries I bought the day before and whip up a little Cherry-Almond streusel tart... I've been lagging on posting here, apologies all around...cake for a young lady who has reached 2 accomplishments this week, turning 18 and graduating from high school!!! Chocolate cake with a raspberry filling, chocolate ganache frosting and fresh raspberries...please ignore the 5 year old writing skills!!!

Happy Thanksgiving to our US friends and family!! Pumpkin cheesecake with a speculoos cookie crust and mascarpone whipped cream topped with toasted pecans. I'm jealous of whomever gets to eat this today...cuz it's not me...
