California based owners/operators, please be aware of the time frame IF you are continuing to operate over the New Year. A-stickers are valid until March 01, 2014, but you MUST have your App. to Operate to the State of California on or before 10 days prior to your first operational location. But if you are continuing operations you need your app. to the State by the first day of the New Year to ensure operational status. The State of California requires: A. A signed application. B. Ride list with name of attraction, C #'s and Mfg. company. C. A copy of your current insurance certificate. D. And a spreadsheet with your locations: Street name and number, city and zip. Date of operation and # of rides to be operated.
