Currently seeking a talented Creative Assistant who is ready to work in all aspects of print and online design (for the internal RH Creative Group). Candidate must have at least 1-3 years of experience within advertising, branding, direct marketing, retail or editorial with a highly developed eye for detail and a passion for design. Would interface with project managers, creative directors, art directors, production team, merchants, product development, web team, and copywriters. Responsibilities In collaboration with the design team, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work as a creative intermediary between photography team, retouchers, graphic design team, product development team, illustrators, creative directors, art directors and project managers. Manage and maintain the working files for the catalog and ensure such files are updated and correct in all their digital and physical iterations. Develop and maintain organized and detail-oriented file management system of InDesign documents. Act as creative intermediary between photo studio and retouching teams provide specific creative direction blueprint for retouchers in InDesign Create rough, "pre-retouched" files in Photoshop and InDesign. Responsibilities also include print production, preliminary retouching, maintaining working files and folders.
