This month I am celebrating 21 years at AAMES LDA. I Love helping people, and the best point is all the new friends I have met over the years. A lot of people are asking about Bankruptcy these day. Yes we can help with the preparation of chapter 7 only. Go on Stanislaus county eastern district bankruptcy court and take the "means" test to see if you qualify. Our fee is $125.00. You have to take 2 counseling classes at approximately $25 each and the court filing fee is $340. Unless you qualify with the court for the fees to be waived or made in paymemts. Then call me and let's get you off to a clean new year slate.
