This was the longest dock on Clearlake. We were fortunate enough to get to build the handrails for it. 2x3 top and bottom rails with 1/2 pickets. Painted with an oil base flat black. Took us 5 weeks to complete this job.

14’ gate with a double crown. Two bottom rails, with morning glory patterns. Pickets are 1/2 twisted solid stock,with baskets blended into them. 30 circle with the compass in the center. This is painted with an automotive paint. British racing green, was the color chosen. This beauty is powered by a solar Liftmaster La500 with battery backup system.

Spiraling repair

50’ of hand rail, 2 single swing gates, and one double gate. Painted a sand stone color to match the outside decor.

PSA... If you have a gate and you have to evacuate, put a cover over the sensor to keep your gate from closing. If you want the fire dept to have access quickly. This feature is on newer models within the last six years. If you have a different gate system and can’t figure it out, just ask or private message me. We work on all makes and models.
