A Hundred Years 13.11.2020

What appropriate timing to celebrate World Environment Day in the midst of reflecting on our retreat in the Sequoias. At A Hundred Years, we're always thinking about the lasting impact of our workon ourselves, our clients, and the world around us. We're lucky we've had the opportunity to partner with a number of outstanding organizations who are doing their part to protect our environment, including WWF, Vulcan, National Academy of Sciences, Smithsonian, World Science Festival to name just a few. Thanks to all the people out there who are getting to the heart of what matters most. #worldenvironmentday #ahundredyears #retreat #communal #teamwork #sequoianationalpark #kingscanyon #highsierra ph:@carlwelti

Partner Jay Geneske reflects on Jeremy Heimans and Henry Timms’ new must-read book New Power. In today’s hyper-connected, globalized world, where new social-political reckonings catch fire overnight, the stakes have never been greater for brands to mobilize their audiencesinside and outside their four wallsto take a stand. But driving people to take meaningful action requires a different approach: Instead of designing a campaign, build a movement. https://www.ahundredyears.com//sparking-movement-inside-/

We're thrilled to be returning to the House of Beautiful Business next month! What will our personal and professional lives look like 100 years from now, what is the end game we want to be remembered for? How might the choices we make today shape our world tomorrow? Join A Hundred Years’ Marc Mertens, Birgit van den Valentyn, Stephen Kimpel and senior advisor, Kaz Brecher of Curious Catalyst, on a time-bending journey that will open your mind to what’s possible 100 years down... the road. In this interactive experience, you’ll enter the theater of the imagination to see what happens when we take the long view. What´s your personal purpose then? Together, we’ll harness the power of play and collectively shift our perspective to envision the future we want to see. In the end, we will leave with ideas for actions we might take today not only on a personal but also at a professional level. See more

Rather than only celebrating what you’ve done, what if your sustainability report could also illustrate what you are capable of accomplishing? https://www.ahundredyears.com//lets-reimagine-sustainabil/ #CSR #sustainability
