They always answer the phone, verify the insurance works, and give me the next available appointment. I've even been able to get same day appointments. They see the kids at the exact time we have scheduled. Everyone is kind to the kids and patient with them. They do x rays snd cleanings and even give the kids toys at the end. They made sure i had pain medication and antibiotics for the weekend until i was able to see the dentist on Mondays. The staff and medical personnel are wonderful.
