SANTA CRUZ, CA (September 16, 2020) The Drive-in movies series at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk has been extended with new Halloween-themed movie titles. The Boardwalk has added Thursday evenings to the lineup and extended the series through October with movie titles like The Lost Boys, Knives Out, Halloween, Hocus Pocus, and It. "With the initial success of the Drive-In Movies series, we are excited to show more movies to get our more mature audience in the spirit for H...alloween, continuing to offer quality entertainment in a safe environment," shared Karley Pope, the Boardwalk’s Director of Sales and Entertainment. "All relevant health and safety protocols will be followed, and we are confident our guests will love this unique thrilling experience." The movie series will run through October 31 in the Boardwalk’s River Parking Lot located at the corner of Beach Street and 3rd Street. Tickets available for purchase online in advance, and gates opening 1.5 hours prior to showtime.
