7th Generation BJJ

7th Gen will not be open until April 1st. Stay strong and be polite, even to those who are rude. We will get through this together!

7th Generation bjj students and friends, after carful consideration we will not be closing our gym due to the Covid-19 AKA the Coronavirus. While we acknowledged the seriousness of this new disease we have decided to keep our doors open and will keep our regular evening schedule. In no way do we pressure anyone to train. However, if you do decide to train, please be diligent in washing your hands and most certainly your gis. I will be providing wipes and hand sanitizer. If yo...u are not feeling well do not come to the gym and train, stay home and rest. If you are tired and over worked or run down stay home and rest. Bjj can be very taxing on the body so please eat well and get plenty of sleep. Again, we understand the gravity of Covid-19 and will continue to monitor the situation closely. Things are fluid, so if something changes and we decide to stop holding classes I will let everyone know asap. I respect other academy owners decision to close their doors. People need to do what they think is best. While Covid-19 is certainly a frightening pandemic, the fear and hysteria we now see in many of our communities will not help.
