Then they reached the village of the man from whom they had bought the cow and found out that the mother of the leopard had died when she was 20 days old. The people of the village brought the female leopard to the cow and she nursed it. When the child grew up, they left him in the forest, but he did not forget his savior, who fed him. Lockdown is for the body, not for the soul. Meditate, let the soul flow! Let us learn from this two different inmates. There’s a story about two robbers commit...ted a crime the same day and were sentence to 10 years in a federal prison. One inmate gains weight, got diagnose with depression after 7 months of his sentence, don’t respond letters, takes pain meds because of his overweight issues and sedentary ways. refuses to join any club, activity and sits at church with iPhones way in the back. There’s the other inmate, he works out every day, join the church, reads his Bible, communicates via letters with friends and family, gets a job inside prison, join the library class, reads two books a month and finish high school inside prison. When both inmates get their freedom after finishing their sentencing of 10 years, one has his best friend waiting for him outside, the one friend that wrote letters weekly and he responded religiously. This friend has a job opportunity waiting for him. Because he maintain himself busy he’s mentally healthy and body fit, so his ready to start working. He gets a job, a place to live and a church to go to. In 5 weeks his life is back on track even better then when he committed that crime. The other guy took a public bus and went straight to the public housing community .....we never heard from him again.
