VA San Diego Annual Patient Art Competition Patients, Veteran colleagues and all Veterans in the community. The only requirement is the Veteran MUST be receiving care through the San Diego VA Healthcare System. At any of the CBOCS or hospital! The first place winner in each category will be sent to the VA National Creative Arts Competition. If the piece wins first place in its category nationally, the Veteran gets sent free of charge to Battle Creek, Michigan for a 5 day workshop with Vets from all over the US.
