Great class today Shifu Hernandez came in and taught group class haven't seen him in a long while, looks like he is feeling better. Had another new student introduction this evening, she stay for group class and had a great time.

Great class tonight. Lots of fun and energy. Special thanks to Shi Gong Bottimore for teaching some crane principles in group. I know I really enjoyed it. I'm sure everybody else did to.

I wish all the students, Shifu's, Shun Shifu's, Shigong's and Da Shifu a Merry Christmas. I hope you all get to spend a wonderful day with family and friends. 2015 is going to be a great year for the system. In the Sacramento School are first event will be the Women's Self Defense class on January10, February 21, will be a 1 Day belt Camp and BBQ. March we will be hosting a seminar with Da Shifu. April or May we will have the second women's self defense seminar. June will be the Super Seminar in June Las Vegas. The next six months are going to fly by so everyone get into the school and train hard together we will all see great improvements in our Shou Shu.

Great Christmas party today. I just want to say thanks to all the students and Shifu's who helped out tonight. Special thanks to my partner Shun Shifu Hashimoto for another great event. We have a fantastic school, great students, and the best teachers. I hope you all have a great Christmas and a even better 2015.

Great lesson tonight from Shun Shifu Hashimoto, it was just awesome. I can this mongoose stuff is going to be hard but well worth it, very cool.

Awesome afternoon of training with Shi Gong Guerrero. Learned a lot of details like usual. Was nice to see Shifu's Hernandez, Woodard, Raya, and Orr. Was great to work on the bear, tiger, mongoose and the crane. Thanks again and have a safe drive home . Hope to see you soon.

Good training tonight, Shigong Bottimore did a little basic Mantis, good times.

Great class tonight. Good energy plus 2 new students. We worked basics on bags and bodies. We also worked on some simple joint locks which the women loved. Fun times. Even Mr Lopez who's recovering from a flu was here at the school watching and eventually ended up helping the newbies with the basics. That's a dedicated red belt. Thanks to Shifu Orr too for the help.

It was a great night of training, looking forward to Thursday night.

It has been a great week, welcome to our new student Marina, she is a great attention to our school. It was also nice to see some returning students who have been gone for a while, welcome back guys. Black Belts who want to train, be at the school Saturday at 9:30 were going to try to have some type of regular training sessions on Saturday.

We also want to welcome back Mr Sanchez. It was great to see him back after taking some time off to heal his knee. See you on Friday.

This weeks classes back to basics, good times had by all. Lots of bag work, lots of drills, lots of sweat.

Had a kick ass class tonight, had some visitors from a local retirement community that join our class for the evening. Just great people.

Congratulations to young Mr. Panayotakopoulos on passing his purple belt test, he had a great test, demonstrated a great deal of fight in his test.

Small class tonight, but everyone worked up a great sweat. Tonight we worked on short round, front wheel kick, and application of both kicks.

Great night, lots of students working hard. Tonight we worked reverse punches, rear kicks, and thrust kicks, a few people might be a little sore tomorrow.

Just want to say an early happy birthday to Shun Shifu Hashimoto, I hope you and Holly have a great weekend at Lake Tahoe.

Another good night, great group class, looks like we have some students getting ready to test, lots of motivation in the school, student are stepping up and increasing there training.

Tuesday and Thursday between 5:30-6:30pm we will hold a review class. So come in and train and practice you see improvement in yourself and you will enjoy the additional training.

Just completed two great days of training, teaching and learning. Thanks to everyone that trained this weekend, based on the success of this camp we will have another one maybe next February.

Tonight it was my pleasure to test Mr. Mitchell for his Low Green Belt. Mr. Mitchell had an outstanding test, all of his effort truly paid off tonight. A big thank you to Shun Shifu Durham for getting this young man started in Shou Shu, and a big thanks to Shifu Albright who has been Mr Mitchell main instructor these past five years.

Awesome group this morning two solid hours of training. I big thanks to Shun Shifu Hashimoto, Shifu Albright, Shifu Orr, Shifu Woodard, and Shifu Rader.

School was very busty tonight. We have a new student Mr Rivera join our class tonight. This week we work combination of punches and kicks and punches. It is wonderful to see the students basics improving. Tomorrow night a little reaction fighting, and Saturday prep class review of the orange belt.

School was rocking tonight,it was great to have Shi Gong Bottimore in this evening. Looks like we're going to be have a green belt test soon, everyone keep training hard, and come to the Saturday prep class.
