Join us today to hear from some of our amazing High School Theater Teachers!
We are going LIVE tomorrow with the fantastically talented Reggie De Leon at 4pm! Join us to learn why we are so excited to work with him and find out what's happening at the Playhouse!
We're delighted that the amazing Scottie Woodard (who starred in our production of It's a Wonderful Life in December) is going to teach our Teen "I Hate Shakespeare" class. Read his bio, and you'll see why. And then visit our website to sign up for this amazing class. Scottie's bio - Scottie has dedicated his life to the love of Musical Theatre. He has been teaching theatre and dance since 1999 starting at his dance studio in Colorado Springs with his mentor and friend Bet...sy McClenahan and spent the last several years working with the award winning Bay Area Children’s Theatre. During his time with BACT he had the privilege of working directly with Disney Theatrical’s Theatre Education staff and even spent two summers in Shanghai teaching musical theatre to kids on the other side of the world. He now works with the amazing people at Lucky Penny in Napa where he and Karen Pinomaki have started the Napa Academy of Performing Arts. He has had the honor of directing and choreographing many productions both in Children’s Theatre and with professional adults. He has also been acting, singing and dancing in musicals his entire life all over the United States. See more
Fabulous performance by Barbara Dixon!!!! Thank you.
If we make you chuckle this evening with our FREE show, starring the hilarious Barbara Dixon (check out our event starting at 8pm!), please consider making a donation to the playhouse. It's tax deductible and will help us bring more laughter to you in 2021... hopefully in person! No amount is too small and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We hope 2021 brings us all together again in person to enjoy live theatre, but until then, we hope you enjoy the show!
