Shoutout to our former intern, Andrew Skidmore! Andrew and two others were the winners of the Dairy’s Future Leaders college student writing contest! The contest asked students to share what sustainability means to them and how they envision their futures as leaders in the dairy community. Rocky Hill is a place we all know and love. Especially now, the ability to get outdoors and get some exercise at a safe distance is something we have all been enjoying. The 4Creeks Planning team worked with Tulare County Association of Governments - TCAG to collect data to provide several design options for creating a safer environment for everyone who utilizes Rocky Hill - from pedestrians to motorists. Last week our Principal Civil Engineer, David DeGroot, spoke at the American Pistachio Growers Conference in Monterey, sharing insight on the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) and how it will affect the future of the pistachio industry.
