Lord, open my eyes and ears to understand Your Word that I may delight in it and hunger for it more and more.

40 Days of Prayer and Fasting ... Day 3 ... October 14, 2020 Today's theme is Forgiveness Scriptures to pray through and meditate on: 1 John 1:9, Colossians 3:13, Matthew 6:14-15, Ephesians 4:31-32 Lord, is there anyone I need to apologize to, reconcile with, or forgive?

Good morning! Our prayer focus for October 13, Day 2 of our 40 Days of Fasting and Prayer is "SEARCH ME." Scripture references: Psalm 139:23-24, Jeremiah 17:10, Romans 8:27. "Lord, show me where I need to change, grow, repent, or forgive."

Beginning today, October 12, BFC is beginning 40 Days of fasting and prayer for or church. Each day, the prayer focus for that day will be posted in our group. We are encouraging everyone to fast from something during this season. This will help all of us join together in a common purpose.

This Sunday, October 4th is our Operation Christmas Child Kickoff! Pick up your free box in the courtyard on Sunday mornings or from the church office during the week and return them in the same manner through Sunday November 1st. Please watch this short video to see the impact your kindness can have!

Join us at 5 pm today on the front lawn of the church campus to pray for our neighborhood. Bring your lawn chair! Also is you have a prayer need message us and we'll pray for you, too!

Throughout September BFC Women’s Ministries is collecting diapers for My City Youth Mommy Shoppe. The diapers are distributed to teen moms who are enrolled in their program. Please visit their website at www.mycityyouthcenter.com .to learn more. Larger diaper sizes are particularly needed. Please bring them to the church office during the week or the courtyard on Sunday mornings. Thank you!

In this week's Midweek Bible Study we look at our second message in this study on overcoming anxiety and worry. Please pass this on to anyone you know who might be struggling with anxiety and worry.

In answering the question, "Dear God, HOW do I OVERCOME ANXIETY, and the WORRY that invades my life?" We will look at Jesus' prescription for what it takes to overcome anxiety and worry from overwhelming us in life, and in turn live the "abundant" life that Jesus promises us (John 10:10).
