Halloween does not have to be cancelled this year! Dress up with your friends and family and show off those costumes in our Halloween 5K! This run takes place on the Fitness Center trail on Thursday, 29 Oct at 1600. You can choose to zombie-walk the course or give the Flash a run for his money! Call us at (805)606-3832 to register.

The Fitness Center and Health Promotion have put together an awesome program to assist Active Duty members who need to get back in shape and ready for their official FAs. As you know, fitness testing is scheduled to resume in January 2021. Many active duty members have not kept up with their fitness routines during these challenging times, so this will be the perfect opportunity for you to rediscover your fitness potential. This program is designed for those who have faile...d or struggle to pass their FAs. It is an intense 8-week program and full participation is required (all sessions are mandatory).
