The Healthy Pet Zone Food Pantry Program is intended to assist pet owners experiencing financial hardship with dog food, cat food and cat litter. The HPZ food pantry will provide owners with one month supply of food/litter per animal. Registered dog owners will be contacted by the department after the distribution to be scheduled in our free spay-neuter, vaccine and microchip program. Participation in this program is required in order to continue to receive food assistance. Licensing is also required once spay-neuter and vaccines have been completed.
